The Full Story

My name is Otilia Mutu, and I am the founder of MUTU MANAGEMENT GROUP LTD, established in April 2025. Through this company, I provide professional Property Management and Maintenance Services for residential and commercial clients across the UK. My goal is to deliver reliable, tailored solutions that protect and enhance every property I manage.

My journey began in Romania, where I co-founded several wind farm development projects, playing an active role in the country’s early transition toward renewable energy. That experience shaped my passion for sustainability, long-term planning, and building things that matter.

After relocating to the United Kingdom, I pursued Criminology and Policing studies, driven by my deep interest in structure, justice, and community service. I also served as a Special Constable for the Metropolitan Police in London, gaining valuable experience in public safety, discipline, and civic responsibility.

I have always believed in continuous development and expanding my expertise across fields that empower both myself and those I work with. Over the years, I have earned a number of professional qualifications, including:

In the UK, I launched Education and Training Ltd, helping individuals access professional skills and career opportunities. I also completed real estate training and joined a prestigious property firm, gaining experience in high-value sales and client management.

Later, I completed real estate training and worked with a prestigious property firm in the UK, where I gained hands-on experience in property sales and client relationship management. This opened the door for me to co-found OTIPRO LTD, where I oversaw real estate development and construction projects, managing every phase from land acquisition to build and sale.

With time, my entrepreneurial journey grew beyond borders. Today, in addition to my UK-based companies, I also own multiple businesses in Dubai and the United States, operating in various industries.

Through MUTU MANAGEMENT GROUP LTD, I now bring together everything I’ve learned – from legal and educational frameworks to property sales, development, and management. My focus is always on quality, efficiency, and integrity.
